Where can I park?
Worcester Park is just off the A3 giving easy access from both London and the M25. We have a parking bay directly outside the studio, free for 30mins, perfect for drop off's and pick ups. Waitrose car park is free for 2 hrs, max stay 3 hrs. For longer stays the roads off Worcester Park high street have no parking restrictions.
How do I get to you by public Transport?
Worcester Park station is in zone 4 and trains run direct from Waterloo and Epsom. The 213 Bus stops directly outside and runs from Sutton and Kingston.
My child is turning 6, can I book?
Unfortunately we only take party bookings for children turning 7, as we only accept children from 6 at the studio and want all their friends to be able to attend! There is a certain amount of dexterity and concentration needed for the craft that we offer!
Can a younger sibling attend?
All children that you want to participate in the craft must be included in the number attending. A younger sibling under 6 is welcome to attend if you are happy to assist them with the craft.
How many adults can stay during the party?
We only allow 2 adults to stay during the party, unless we have spoken and confirmed otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.
Can I add extra guests?
Our Maximum number of children is 14. If you need to book more attendees, have dietary requirements or want to change your activity we need a minimum 1 weeks notice.
Please note if you have booked for 8 or less children you will be allocated to the small party room with a maximum of 8 guests. If you intend to add more guests please email to confirm required space before inviting guests.
You can increase the numbers by emailing us at info@craftmyday.com to confirm at least 7 days before the event. Extra guests are charged at £25 pp, or priced as your party package.
How long is the craft?
For all our craft options we spend 1hr 30 mins on the craft with 30 mins for party food
Do you cater for Alergies?
We only offer vegetarian Margharita pizza. If you have a child that is Gluten or Dairy Free please let us know and a extra pizza can be ordered for them at an additional cost of £12.
We only supply snacks that do not contain nuts but cannot garuantee any contamination so if you have a child with a severe allergy please ask the parent to supply appropriate food.
I am not sure how many guests?
You can book for a lower number of guests to secure the slot, then add additional guests later once confirmed.

Please select your size of party - we cannot refund non attendees.
You can add guests at £25 pp to your booking - up to the maximum of 14.
Gluten free/vegan pizza's can also be ordered at an additional £14.
It is asking me for everyone's email?
We do not need you to enter each child's details- please just copy and paste your email and add guests as 1234 etc

We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party at Craft My Day. All the children had a great time and came away with very cool looking spell books and wands! The party food was good too. A great idea for kids birthday parties!

My daughter had her 9th birthday party at WP venue and she and her friends had the most amazing time making slime!! There were great options, the staff was friendly and very polite and kept the girls engaged all through the session. I would have loved for the food portions to be slightly bigger- at least 1 piece per child of the same type of biscuits , but I can’t take away the credit where it’s due- over all a fantastic party.
